Logan Leonesio - Owner

Logan has been professionally training for over 10 years and has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from youths, older adults, and professional athletes.
Logan comes from an athletic background where he competed as a nationally ranked figure skater for over 12 years. He takes the unique skills he learned in this demanding sport and applies them towards his client’s own training.
He believes that a workout should not be intimidating, but rather an enjoyable time to improve one’s self and develop positive lifelong habits.
