Our workouts are primarily strength, power, and mobility focused.

Every session is tailored to each client specifically, but generally each workout will consist of free weight, body weight, mobility, and core exercises aimed at providing a full body workout.

We’ll speak with you about your fitness history, health/injury concerns, and what you are looking for in a training program. Our consultations also include a short movement screening to provide our trainers with a better idea of how you move. We will also discuss our policies and answer any questions you might have.

No, please seek out a registered dietitian for diet plans. We are, however, happy to speak with you on healthy eating habits, but cannot provide any explicit dietary advice.

We recommend starting with 2 sessions a week, and progress to 3 per week as you advance.

We take a very cautious approach when it comes to introducing our fitness programs to new exercisers. Your first few weeks will be heavily focused on developing your form and base strength before advancing.

Always speak with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. We are able to work around most any preexisting injuries or conditions you may have. If you are working with a physical therapist, we are happy to implement their rehab exercises into your programming.
